Sep 10, 2019 · The URL built by msal.js library adds the item x-client-Ver=1.1.3 in the login.microsoftonline.com query string. And it seems microsoftonline doesn’t handle this item well, because the ‘Do you want to keep the session open?’ message does not appear. If I remove this item, I see the keep me signed in message properly.

Hello @DanielJ-0638,. I believe you should disable KMSI check from your testing workflow in your UAT environment. Ideally you are doing the performance/load testing on Azure AD authentictaion endpoints which should not require the testing the KMSI interrupt.
You must configure and deploy authentication settings via a computer configuration profile. These settings allow Jamf Connect to authenticate at the login window and the menu bar app, as well as establish a connection between local user accounts on the Mac and a cloud identity provider (IdP).
